Call for Candidate Sites

Talgarth Town Council made submissions to the call for candidate sites made by the BBNPA as part of the review of the LDP. These submission had to be presented by the 7th of January 2019. The Town Council feels that there should be strong mix of work and residential development especially where the site was previously predominantly employment. In anticipation of the old school site becoming available for development the Town Council made representations as detailed below.
