NOTICE OF PLANNING APPLICATION CONSULTATIONS

As consultees Talgarth Town Council has been notified of the following current Brecon Beacons National Park Planning Applications.

1. BBNPA – Planning Application 20/18444/FUL - Proposal: “Installation of a biomethane upgrading facility, ancillary infrastructure and equipment, access and landscaping” - Address: Land At Great Porthamel , Talgarth, Powys LD3 0DL 
2. BBNPA - Planning Application 20/18532/FUL - Proposal: The conversion of a former Agricultural barn (now ancillary domestic Store) into a Dwelling. Application to include switching the primary residential use from the house to the new dwelling (converted barn) by defining the house as a Holiday Let with restricted conditions of occupation." - Address: Lower Genffordd, Talgarth LD3 0EG. 
3. BBNPA – Planning Application 20/18568/FUL - Proposal: “A single storey lean to extension to the front of the existing property.” Address: 4 Council House , Depot Lane, Talgarth LD3 0AN 
4. BBNPA – Planning Application 20/18569/FUL - Proposal: “A single storey lean to extension to the front of the existing property.” Address: 3 Council House , Depot Lane, Talgarth LD3 0AN 

Under the current Government Guidelines, due to Covid-19, all face to face meetings of the Town Council are suspended and currently any decisions are agreed at a remote meeting of the Town Council.
